On March 21st, 2014 The Biltmore Bank of Arizona will become part of the Grandpoint Bank family of financial institutions.  In order to complete this process all of Biltmore Bank's systems, including but not limited to Online Banking and Remote Deposit, will be converted to Grandpoint Bank's systems.  While the systems should be similar to what you have become familiar with, below are some resources to help you navigate some of the changes.

Changes for Quicken and QuickBooks Users
As part of the online banking system consolidation, Quicken and QuickBooks users will need to update the software to connect to Grandpoint Bank instead of Biltmore Bank.  Below are links for all supported versions of Quicken and QuickBooks.
